FAQ

Stock items are shipped within a couple of business days. Delivery times depend on the used shipping service. Options can be seen in the check out page.

We try to send everything together as soon as everything is in stock.
There are some exceptions and will be informed if there are multiple parcels. We will try to avoid any unnecessary shipments to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
This way we can drop off one extra shipment from our transportation chain!
But in case you need something asap and something will be delivered later, just let us know! Everything can be arranged.

All products have a 14-day return policy. The exception to this is hygiene products such as pacifiers and masks, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You can recover via mail by using our customer return code: 659153.
Alternatively, you can even return to the return machine using the original tracking code and the mail instruction:

At Schenker, the return is possible at the pickup point with the original shipping code. Please do not remove the prints and use the original packaging at all possible.

The refund is free of charge.


For the exchanges we implement with consideration. Please contact our customer service if you want to exchange your product.


Please note that when returning or replacing the product, it must be in its original condition, including the packaging.
The purchase price of the products will be refunded within two weeks of the return.
